Lemonade Cleanse - Master Cleanse and the Best Detox Cleanses

 Everyone needs to cleanse, in fact the body needs to cleanse so badly that it does it every single second of every day.  If the body can cleanse its' self then why are cleansing diets like Master Cleanse and the Lemonade Cleanse so popular ?
